Clearwork collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries and complete agreed projects. This page explains what happens when you use the website or contact the team.

Website inquiries

The inquiry form prepares an email on your device. Clearwork does not store the form fields in a website database. The information is sent only after you review the prepared message and press Send in your email application.

Information received by email

Clearwork may receive your name, email address, business name, project description and any files you choose to provide. That information is used to evaluate the request, communicate with you and deliver an agreed project.

Sensitive information

Do not send passwords, payment-card details, health information, Social Security numbers or private customer records through the website or ordinary email. If a project requires confidential business information, Clearwork will agree on an appropriate transfer method before files are shared.

Service providers

The website host and email provider may process standard technical information required to operate their services. Clearwork does not intentionally use advertising trackers or sell inquiry information.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry and project communications are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, business records and applicable legal obligations. You may ask Clearwork to correct or delete information that is not required to be retained.
